Clients of Advanced Myofascial Release often choose to receive sessions with just one therapist in a Single Therapist MFR session. Both Erin and Eric hold office hours for individual one-on-one sessions. We suggest that you visit our individual bios (see links located below our pictures above) in order to determine who you would like to have your first session with or find the Advanced MFR office nearer to you.
In our experience it is highly beneficial to be treated by both of us as we are individuals who experience this work in many common ways but in many unique ways as well. In our approach to this work there is no "his client" or "her client". Our primary goal is that you receive the assistance you need from whichever therapist you choose. So whether you choose to work with one or both of us we are completely supportive of your process.
