Single Therapist MFR
Clients of Advanced Myofascial Release can choose to receive sessions with one therapist or the other. We suggest that you visit our individual bios (Erin - Eric) in order to determine who you would like to have your first session with or find the Advanced MFR office nearer to you.

Dual Therapist MFR
Many clients can benefit from dual therapy sessions because, with two therapists, we can work on different ends of the fascial system and the craniosacral system. This often allows for the ability to address more restrictions and do so more thoroughly.

Equine-Librium
Equine-Librium addresses performance issues, pain patterns and overall balance in both horses and riders and educates the horse community about the effects that each member of this "equestrian team" has on the other and how to maximize performance.

Nia
Nia is a fusion fitness practice that has a wonderful balance of both form and freedom. It integrates the conscious alignment and posturing of yoga then combines the expressiveness of the dance arts, the power and explosiveness of the martial arts and the wisdom of the healing arts.
